While Owen Farrell captains the group in fly-half, ruaridh McConnochie has been called to begin for England following two false starts.
A month, the McConnochie was scheduled to start in a set of World Cup warm-up fixtures against Wales, but pulled out of both games due to injury.
The Toilet winger will ultimately make his debut England face Italy in their in Newcastle, live on Sky Sports.
Farrell wears the No 10 jersey while Piers Francis starts at inside centre, as George Ford takes his place on the seat.
