Her spouse and najila Trindade should be charged over her rape allegation against Paris Saint-Germain ahead Neymar, police state.
A version, trindade, faces charges of fraud, slanderous denunciation and extortion.
Her former spouse Estivens Alves is accused of disclosing erotic articles, which was published on the web.
It comes later Trindade moved to authorities in the Brazilian city of Sao Paulo alleging Neymar mistreated her at a Paris hotel.
Neymar said their connections were consensual and had denied the claims.
On Instagram in June, he posted a seven-minute video where he explained:”Anybody who knows me, knows of my behavior, knows that I would never do something like this.”
With authorities attributing a lack of evidence against the Brazil global, the case against the 27-year-old was dropped at the end of July.
At the time Neymar stated that he was relieved, adding:”This scar can remind me that human beings can do good things, but also the worst.”
Sao Paulo state prosecutor Estefania Paulin had said Trindade did not create any of the signs like a video that supposedly proved Neymar assaulted her.
Ms Paulin added:”The police investigator asked her to plug in her telephone to a pc so that she could see the video, but she did not wish to do this. She also refused to hand over her phone, and later she stated it had been stolen.”
Prosecutors said the injury to Ms Trindade had been for her finger, and reports couldn’t prove she had been raped.
