Greg Taylor has arrived from Kilmarnock to get an additional fee to Celtic at Parkhead before the move.
Both clubs agreed a fee on Monday for the left-back.
As all parties attempt to complete a deal before the midnight 22, taylor has had his health care with the Scottish champions.
The Scotland international trained together with the team on Monday afternoon before a breakthrough was made between the 2 clubs.
It’s understood Celtic defenders Calvin Miller and Jack Hendry won’t move as part of the offer to Kilmarnock.
League One Bolton had made a enquiry for Hendry but could not get a deal.
