Mathieu van der Poel won the Tour of Britain as he sprinted to victory in the last stage to Manchester from Altrincham.
The 24-year-old Dutchman maintained his third stage victory in a photo finish from compatriot Cees Bol following a finishing sprint up Deansgate.
Matteo Trentin came third, meaning Van der Poel finished 17 seconds clear.
“I was focused on the internet and think I timed it perfectly,” said Van der Poel.
Speaking to ITV Sport, he added:”I was pretty certain I could hold off the guys around me but you can’t respond to everybody. There were maybe 20 men who might have won.
“However, in the long run I did a perfect job and the team did a great job.”
Despite missing from the classification, Mitchelton-Scott riders Trentin maintained the points jersey while Britain’s Jacob Scott was named King of the Falls.
Ben Swift was named best British driver along with his Team Ineos claiming the club award.
