Luke Walton

Luke Theodore Walton (born March 28, 1980) is an American professional basketball coach and former player who is the head coach of the Sacramento Kings of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played 10 seasons as a forward in the NBA, winning two NBA championships with the Los Angeles Lakers. He has been the head trainer for the Lakers from 2016 through 2019, also also won a name as an assistant coach with the Golden State Warriors.
Walton played basketball with the Arizona Wildcats. He was a two-time first-team all-conference selection from the Pac-10 along with a second-team All-American. The Lakers chosen in the 2003 NBA draft’s next round him. After the 2010 NBA Finals, Hall of Famer Bill Walton, Walton along with his father, became the first father and son to have won several NBA championships: Bill won in 1986 and 1977, and Luke in 2009 and 2010. His very best season mathematically was 2006–07 with over 11 points, 5 rebounds, and over 4 assists per match.
Since the Warriors’ head coach in 2015–16, he directed the group to the maximum winning streak to start a year in league history.
