Daniel Johnson produced a fantastic performance as Preston moved up to third in the Championship with a 5-1 thrashing of Barnsley at Deepdale.
Johnson maintained as the hosts shrugged off a first-half equaliser with a screen that had all of the hallmarks of a side bang in shape from Cameron McGeehan, just two assists and scored two.
Ben Pearson tom Barkhuizen and Josh Harrop were also on target for North End.
With possession the order of this day, Preston started the long process of breaking down the Barnsley defence, together with Johnson pulling the strings straight from the away.

From then on it had been one-way traffic. With an hour gone it was Johnson who ran on a ball over the top from Paul Gallagher prior to the most adorable of endings extended the lead of Preston.
Three minutes later and using the floodgates well and really open, his legs extended down the left and rolled a pinpoint ball throughout the region which was fulfilled by Pearson at the stick.
After Johnsons harrying saw the ball to replace Harrop who chased it on the line and raised the ball over 24, A day for Barnsley was shut.
